These terms explain how RN Journey can be used, how subscriptions work, and the responsibilities of both the user and Nursing Connections LLC.

Nursing Connections LLC ("we", "our", or "us") provides the RN Journey app to support international nurses pursuing a U.S. RN pathway. By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Use of the App

RN Journey provides guidance, tools, and structured steps to help users navigate their RN journey.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not misuse the platform or its content.

Account Responsibility

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • Ensuring your information is accurate and up to date

Subscriptions & Payments

RN Journey offers optional premium subscriptions:

Monthly Plan $4.99

Renews automatically each month unless canceled.

Yearly Plan $49.99

Renews automatically each year unless canceled.

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe and Google Play. We do not store your payment information.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or app store provider.

After cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access until the end of the billing period
  • Access will not renew after the current billing cycle

Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may be handled according to the policies of the platform used, including Google Play or Apple App Store.

Content Usage

All content within RN Journey is for personal use only.

  • Copy, distribute, or resell content
  • Share premium materials outside the app

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer

RN Journey provides guidance and tools but does not guarantee licensure, employment, or immigration outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the app.

Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
