• Delete your account anytime directly within the app

Account Deletion

Users can delete their account at any time directly within the app by navigating to the Profile page and selecting "Delete Account".

Alternatively, users may request account deletion by contacting us at support@nursingconnections.net.

When an account is deleted, associated personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or billing purposes.

Data that may be deleted includes profile information, contact information, uploaded profile content, and app progress data associated with the account.

Limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, payment records, dispute resolution, security, or business recordkeeping.

Data Retention

We keep user data only as long as necessary to provide the app, maintain account access, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

If you delete your account, associated personal data will be removed within 30 days unless we are legally required or permitted to keep certain limited records.

Children's Privacy

RN Journey is intended for adults pursuing professional nursing licensure and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
