ABOUT  US

Nursing Connections LLC started in 2019 as a family company when two RN sisters married to two engineers decided to help other international nurses in their licensing and sponsorship process. Today we are a team of experts in credentialing and RN licensing, assisting over dozens of nurses from around the world to achieve their dream of working as an RN in the US.

MEET THE TEAM

Jessica is an internationally educated Registered Nurse working in the US since 2019. Her experience in nursing ranges from infection control and medsurg rehabilitation to detox recovery and occupational health. She’s passionate about helping people – both the patients she cares for and other nurses in their immigration journey. In Nursing Connections she works as a nursing and marketing/social media manager and nursing suppor. She lives in Austin, Texas  area with her husband Thiago and son Samuel. 

Claudia is an international Registered Nurse, she started her nursing career in 2019 and today has completed her sponsorship contract. She has experience in LTC, skilled nursing, detox and recovery as well as occupational health. She loves helping international nurses achieve their dream of becoming licensed RNs in the US, today she works for Nursing Connections in recruiting and nursing support, while living in the Austin, TX area with her husband Bruno. 

Thiago holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and is an expert in process improvement. Passionate about serving healthcare professionals, he has experience working in hospitals, with medical equipment supply chain and at a Nurse Staffing company. He moved to Albuquerque, NM in 2019 with his RN wife Jessica, and along with two other partners founded Nursing Connections, in which he works as the business and process manager.

Keilah graduated from Law school and pursued her post-graduate studies in public and private law in Brazil where she lives today, and is an attorney and counselor at law. She took on the project of Nursing Connections for believing in its potential to help nurses. Today she is part of the team as one of our consultants.

Bruno is an Industrial Engineer and one of Nursing Connections' founders, today is a team consultant. In addition, he's responsible for the company's financial department. He is dedicated to Nursing Connections with the aim of fulfilling the dreams of thousands of Brazilian nurses that want a better life in the USA.

Percio is a Registered Nurse licensed in two US states and veteran on succeeding as an immigrant in the US. He's a visionary entrepreneur and one of the founding members of Nursing Connections, where he contributes as a business advisor, while living in Brazil with his wife Teresinha.

Weliton has completed his bachelor's degree in Business and has been working with international logistics for the past years in Brazil, where he currently hold his ties. He was also invited to join the Nursing Connections team in 2020 as one of its consultants.  Weliton believes in those who decide to pursue their dreams of becoming an RN in the USA.

1. Nursing Recruiting & Screening

2. Credentialing Consulting

for Registered Nurses 

We will provide you with a customized roadmap to achieve your RN credentialing goals and be there every step of the way, helping you navigate through the hurdles in an economic and simple fashion. 

Our service includes: 

⇨ Initial telephone meeting to hear your story, talk about the credentialing process and outline a strategy best suited to your needs.

⇨ Online support (text/WhatsApp and e-mail) with a consultant to help you throughout the credentialing process with resources, such as:

• Budget for each step;
• Guidance regarding translation companies;
• Choosing the best credentialing company, Board of Nursing and Visa Screen;
• List of documents requested for the process;
• Follow-up on how to prepare documents for college transcripts and Board of Nursing;
• Aid with filling in the forms and reviewing them;
• Support with mailing documents in the US if needed;
• Study tips and successful strategies for NCLEX;
• Access to a rich database with instructional videos, completed examples, and learning tips we had from recent cases;
• Assistance in connecting with the most suitable and compatible Sponsor.

3. Credentialing Consulting

with Sponsorship 

We help you design a customized plan to obtain your RN License in a simple and cost-effective way. 

Through this service you will benefit from our partnership with a Sponsor, which allows you to have reduced costs in the process as well as a north of employment and immigration status for you and your family.

Our service includes: 

⇨ Initial telephone meeting to hear your story, talk about the credentialing process, and outline a strategy best suited to your needs.

⇨ Online support (text/WhatsApp and e-mail) with a consultant to help you throughout the credentialing process with resources, such as:

• Budget for each step;
• Guidance regarding translation companies;
• Choosing the best credentialing company, Board of Nursing and Visa Screen;
• List of documents requested for the process;
• Follow-up on how to prepare documents for college transcripts and Board of Nursing;
• Aid with filling in the forms and reviewing them;

4. Sponsorship Liaising

We will screen your application in order to assess the compatibility of your profile with the vacancies available through our partner sponsor.

Through this service, you will benefit from our partnership with a Sponsor, which allows you to have reduced costs in the process as well as a north of employment and immigration status for you and your family.

Our service includes: 

⇨ Initial telephone meeting to hear your story, talk about the credentialing process, and outline a strategy best suited to your needs.

⇨ Online support (text/WhatsApp and e-mail) with a consultant to help you throughout the credentialing process with resources, such as:

• Budget for each step;
• Guidance regarding translation companies;
• List of documents requested for the process;
• Advice for filling in the forms and reviewing them;

5. Credentialing Coaching Session

We deliver a customized roadmap to obtain your RN License in a simple and cost-effective way in 1 session. 

This service is a one-on-one coaching session, a onetime conversation with one of our consultants to jointly determine the best path for you to achieve your nursing credentialing goals.

Our service includes: 

⇨ 1 Hour Virtual session to hear your story, talk about the credentialing process, and outline a strategy best suited to your needs.

⇨ Follow Up Email with a Roadmap

• Explanation of the accreditation and determination stages;
• Requirements for validation companies;
• Definition of a credential validation company;
• Definition of Nursing Council;
• Sharing partnerships with third parties that help in the process;
• Sending by e-mail after meeting a customized Roadmap with the main steps, schedule and budget;
